The Company:
REAL Global
Supply (RGS) was incorporated in Texas in November 2006. The
focus was to develop a business for the delivery of quality and affordable
medical commodities and innovations, on a global scale, with major emphasis
toward supporting refurbishing companies with wholesale products. In
partnership with its customers, the company will contribute to the improvement
of the availability and quality of healthcare in global markets by targeting
their core businesses with a commercial operational platform, Wholesale.
WHOLESALE:

2) Overstocked NEW Medical Supplies
The commercial operations will be the immediate driver for
the company’s focus.
REAL Global
Supply believes that choosing the key customers and then building
a strong and lasting relationship with those customers will be the cornerstone
of its business. Since we are not manufacturing anything, our customers
need us to have ample supplies of used medical equipment therefore,
we will be buying used equipment from the open market domestically as
well as internationally; be it from OEM’s, Hospitals, Clinics,
Dr’s Offices, Governments and other Healthcare type facilities
and stocking it at our warehouse. We are working with several organizations
toward obtaining contractual Agreements to be a key buyer of their medical
equipment that they no longer need. As well, we have aligned ourselves
with key players in the International markets in order to obtain Euro
Spec devices for our international clients. This plays a major role
toward RGS being successful in the international
markets with our clients as they insist on 220V/50Hz power supplies
without the use of transformers as well as they desire products with
EURO Color Codes and CE Marks rather than U.S. Color Codes with a UL®
Listing. Finally, we are working with OEM’s to obtain the trade-ins
from their client’s.
Rather than the typical auction house or wholesale brokerage
firm approach which brings minimal ROI on a client’s used equipment,
RGS takes a unique approach entering contractually
into an Agreement with key suppliers of used medical equipment. In order
for this process to be as efficient as it can be for all involved, REAL
Asset Healthcare Solutions should already be in place at these institutions
where RGS is partnering. Therefore, RGS
has partnered with several OEM’s offering productivity solutions
driven by REAL-Time location technology. These systems have already
yielded dramatic improvements in patient flow and resource management
for some of our suppliers. Another product and service we assist our
clients with is a feature rich solution with a robust modular architecture
that is scalable, flexible and easy to deploy. This solution increases
process efficiency throughout the value chain and maximizes ROI by reducing
the Total Cost of Ownership of facilities assets. All of our solutions
allow our clients to improve the decision making process with respect
to asset probability of items that can be categorized for re-sale, appraisal,
donation, scrap/disposal/recycling and refurbishment. Additionally,
these solutions allow finance to create a predictive index for replacement
and purchases of new items for acute budget estimating. Further, the
historical data complied against assets and inventory allows our clients
to compile an asset catalog of items for disposition. This data can
then be presented to REAL Global
Supply to expedite and streamline our client’s process
toward obtaining the maximum ROI on their medical equipment.
RGS understands that some of its
suppliers will already have asset management systems in place and will
work with our suppliers to fully integrate with there current systems
as well.
RGS believes that choosing the
right partners to assist our key suppliers with improving their own
efficiencies with a total healthcare asset solution is crucial to our
own success. Taking one of our suppliers with no current asset solution
in place, and then implementing a REAL
solution; this makes what we can do for our client that much more efficient
in moving there used equipment. With REAL
data, any given Healthcare facility can now know for sure how needed
a device is within the facility. Then making an informed decision on
the life of any current owned medical device as to should it be kept
or sold etc. Since RGS will also be partnering
with the OEM systems we are offering our clients at our own facility,
the movement of any equipment can be virtually seamless. However, should
a client already have an asset management or asset tracking program
in place with other products than what REAL
Global Supply is offering, we can simply integrate
with their systems.
